Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During busy seasons, sales, holidays, or supplier delays, processing times may take longer than usual.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Times
Because some of our products ship directly from third-party suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, and destination.
Estimated shipping times are:
United States: 7–20 business days
International Orders: 10–30 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may happen due to customs, carrier issues, weather, holidays, supplier delays, or other events outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, unless otherwise stated on our website.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If free shipping is available, it will be shown at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you may receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to update. In some cases, tracking may not update immediately, even though the package is already in transit.
Multiple Packages
If you order more than one item, your products may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. This is because items may come from different suppliers or warehouses.
You will not be charged extra shipping because your items arrive separately.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
